Its specialty is engaged in designing and manufacturing of the numerical control groove cutting machine, intersection line plasma cutter and other CNC cutting equipment. Our products sell well in more than 20 provinces and cities in China and are also exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and North America.
Agent Requirements: 1, Jiangyin Bosj Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Bosj) sells roll forming machine and CNC Plasma Cutting Machine to A Company. A Company is authorized to sell Bosj products in one area only and can not distribute to other trader in same region.
2, A Company, as the sole distributor, engaging in selling product of Bosj in its sales region, is prohibited to trade any other products in the similar category within the industry.
3, Bosj the full responsibilities on the quality of products prior to the products arrive in A company's area. Any issues after the point stand outside Bosj's obligations.
4, A Company may sell any Bosj's Roll forming machine and CNC Plasma Cutting Equipment in its sales region.
5, The agreement will be ceased if the annual sales of Bosj products are below CNY million.
6, Commission:
1) Bosj offers % discounted price to A Company compared to other overseas clients.
2) Bosj offers % discounted price to the A Company if its annual
Sales of Bosj products is exceed CNYmillion.
7, A Company, as the sole distributor of Bosj product, is obligated to provide the qualified and comprehensive after-sale services to maintain the brand name.
8, A Company is obligated to advertise and promote the Bosj brand. All the marketing costs in connection with the advertising and promotion are charged to A company, Bosj does not grant any credit with all therewith except for exhibition.
9, For the arguable issues, both side may arbitrate,the time and place is to be decided.
10,If the party rescind the contract unilaterally, need to negotia with the other party and compensate the loss according to the siduation.
